Niesen joins at a time when Teal is deepening its investment in service operations – building the systems, team culture, and accountability structures that clients expect from a top-tier IT provider.

Niesen brings deep MSP experience to the role with experience across every stage of MSP service delivery. That track record gives him a first-hand understanding of what breaks in service delivery and how to fix it before clients can feel it.
