Jill Williams

Jill is the financial architect behind Teal’s long-term operating strategy. A collaborative, solutions-first leader, she pairs rigorous financial discipline with a knack for problem-solving and cross-team alignment.

After earning a B.S. in Accounting from The Ohio State University, Jill began her career in a small business accounting firm before moving into the managed service provider sector in 2012. Over the next 11 years, she helped scale an MSP from 5 to 20 employees.

Her role involved process development, vendor management, procurement, and overseeing accounting and finance. These roles in service and account management, along with her quoting experience, sharpened her client service instincts through service/account management and quoting work.

At Teal, Jill provides disciplined financial leadership that supports sustainable growth, informed decision-making, and long-term stability. A trusted advisor to the executive team, she ensures the financial strategy remains aligned with operational priorities as the company scales. Known for her precision, consistency, and collaborative approach, Jill strengthens Teal’s foundation while reinforcing its reputation as a reliable, high-performance managed IT services organization.
