After graduating from OSU in 2011 with a BS in Accounting, Jill began her career at a small business accounting firm where she handled daily transactions and assisted with individual and business tax returns.

In 2012, she transitioned to the managed service provider sector, expanding the company from 5 to 20 employees over 11 years. Her role involved process development, vendor management, procurement, and overseeing accounting and finance. These roles in service and account management, along with her quoting experience, have significantly enhanced her client service skills and professional versatility.
