Donovan Niesen is a service delivery leader with experience at every stage of MSP operations – from building a managed service provider business from the ground up to scaling the systems, team culture, and accountability structures that keep clients confident in their IT partner.
His background spans the full arc of MSP service delivery. Having built and grown a service organization himself, Donovan has a first-hand understanding of where service breaks down and how to fix it before clients feel it. That experience shapes how he approaches his role at Teal. He leads processes from the front, knows what good service looks like at every level, and knows how to build the culture that sustains it.
At Teal, Donovan leads service operations with a focus on responsiveness, communication, and the disciplined execution that clients in growing businesses and regulated industries expect. His role reflects Teal’s commitment to giving service delivery the focused leadership it takes to scale without losing the human side of client relationships.
Donovan is based at Teal’s Minneapolis office.
